Who needs pudding wine when you have pudding gin. This is a subtly sweet tipple made from foraged fruit. Must be tried to be believed. It tastes delicious with cheese or simply as a digestif over ice.

This fruit gin liqueur is made with Suffolk quince and bullace foraged from the hedgerows of East Anglia. Days have been spent on our hands and knees rummaging around hedgerows. It's been worth it though as the resulting taste of the unusual quince and bullace pairing is divine. The little known bullace is a variety of plum and quince belongs to the same family as apples and pears.

It's a cracking little digestif served over ice and will certainly liven up a champagne cocktail, but our favourite is with a splash of ginger.

That's 50ml Wild Bullace and Quince and 100ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale with loads of ice and an orange peel garnish. One's never quite enough.
