Our multi award-winning classic smoked salmon is traditionally cured and gently smoked over Welsh Oak.


Our sliced smoked salmon is made from fresh, firm fleshed, fresh superior grade, sustainable salmon. The salmon fillets are dry cured on a bed of salt before being expertly, gently cold smoked over Welsh oak chips. After smoking to perfection, the hardened pellicle is removed and the silky salmon beneath is hand sliced.
