Inspired by top chefs using our wasabi in many wonderful ways we have created our own range of award winning, condiments and sauces. Using all-natural, authentic ingredients we offer fresh flavours, perfectly balanced Wasabi mayonnaise and mustard are made with our own fresh wasabi, grown on our Dorset and Hampshire farms. These are wonderfully moreish and versatile with the authentic flavour of real wasabi. The exotic flavour of Japanese citrus yuzu combines spectacularly well with traditional mayo and mustard. The rest of the range contains premium quality, authentically made Japanese ingredients that allow home cooks a short cut to the essence of Japanese cuisine: Organic soy sauce aged in cedar casks, Yuzu soy sauce delivering a tart counter point to the rich soy, Sudachi Kombu Ponzu – a traditional but vegan ponzu sauce and Sanbaizu rice vinegar naturally flavoured with umami. Newly launched - Just in time for Christmas! Distilled with the power and flavour of our fresh English wasabi, this small batch vodka captures and releases the flavour and fire of real wasabi. Created in a converted watercress bunching shed on one of our farms, with 100% real wasabi and nothing else, it is no wonder the flavour and pungent heat is so fresh and powerful.
