Tan Rosie duo, mother and daughter team, Monica and Lee, create award winning, innovative and fusion Caribbean food products inspired by their family heritage of Carriacou Grenada. They have an exciting range of products including a Great Taste Award winning hot sauce, Spicy Beetroot Chutney, Jerk Seasoning and their amazing Aubergine & Mushroom Pesto featured in the BBC Good Food magazine. All products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The duo have written two recipes books featuring classic Caribbean recipes from around many of the Caribbean islands. They also run a successful Caribbean cookery school from their HQ in Birmingham.
