This Christmas pudding is full of stout soaked fruit, handmade to an old family recipe. This really is a 'figgy' pudding as it includes figs as well as all the usual fruit and our own home blended Christmas spice mix.
Handmade in small batches in the heart of Berkshire, we let each pudding steam for 6 hours, wrap and leave them to mature to perfection. The pudding is then wrapped in muslin and finished with a pretty ribbon.

Reheat, take label and ribbon off pudding, place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave, take pudding out of all wrappings, place on a microwavable dish 3 minutes on high. Make sure pudding is hot in the middle.
