This Christmas pudding is full of stout soaked fruit, handmade to an old family recipe. This really is a 'figgy' pudding as it includes figs as well as all the usual fruit and our own home blended Christmas spice mix. We let each pudding steam for 6 hours, wrap and leave them to mature to perfection. The pudding is then wrapped in muslin and finished with a pretty ribbon.

Reheat, take label and ribbon off pudding, place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave, take pudding out of all wrappings, place on a microwavable dish 3 minutes on high. Make sure pudding is hot in the middle.
