Smoky Brae’s Smoked BBQ Rub is handcrafted in Scotland by a kilted Highlander. EVERY ingredient has been traditionally cold smoked low and slow using a secret blend of hardwoods to achieve an amazing SMOKY rub to flavour your ribs, steak, chicken & pork.

Use it to marinade your meat & fish then chuck it in the oven or on the barbecue. Also great on vegetables!

Smoky BBQ Ribs Recipe

1 x prepared rack of ribs
40g of Smoked BBQ Rub

1. For amazing ribs coat your prepared rack of ribs with 30g of Smoked BBQ Rub, seal and leave to marinade for 3-4 hours or overnight
2. Wrap the ribs in tin foil and place on a roasting tray, cook in a pre-heated oven at 160ºC for 1 hr 30 mins
3. Fold back the foil to expose the ribs, sprinkle another 10g of rub onto the meat and cook for another 30 mins at 200ºC
