We started Rawr Chocolate in 2008. We wanted to start a business together, and since we were also getting more into healthy eating, it made sense to combine the two. We were making (and eating!) lots of raw chocolate at home, and wanted to share it. We got a pitch on the Cambridge market, and to our delight, people loved our chocolate. Shops approached us wanting to stock Rawr, and within a few months we switched from making small batches for the market to huge batches for shops and distributors. From there, things escalated, and raw chocolate became a full-time passion!
