Raw Hungarian Lime Blossom Honey 500g
A mouth-watering honey with notes of citrus fruits and hints of mint. Received 3* at the 2019 Great Taste Awards
Lime blossom honey has a distinctive aroma with a strong sweet-wooden taste and mouthwatering flavour of citrus fruits culminating in tantalising notes of fresh mint.
It has a buttery consistency when crystallized, making it easy to spread on toast or layer in cakes. Mix into natural yoghurt to allow its range of flavours to flourish, or drizzle over a fruit salad for a delightful citrussy twist.
Lime blossom honey is considered one of the healthiest honey varieties. It is rich in vitamins, especially B1, as well as a range of amino acids and pollen. Its potent antiseptic properties makes it a popular choice to alleviate the symptoms of colds.
Received 3* at the 2019 Great Taste Award.

"This characteristic lime colour honey has great clarity. The natural addition of pollen and minute pieces of beeswax added to the flavour and texture of this stunning product. The flavour is immediate with a beguiling lime edge. The judges felt that this was a really great honey."
"Such a delicate colour and this follows through on the palate. Deep aroma full of lime blossom. Complex and exquisite, not too sweet. Like eating a flowery meadow."
