Gluten Free bread with a sourdough base!!
Our New Italian is a delicious bread, free from refined sugar, as well as dairy, egg, nuts and soy. Great for Coeliacs and vegans alike, this mix is hugely versatile and incredibly easy to make. Turn it into a loaf, or rolls, or double up for large loaves. Add olives, sundried tomatoes, garlic butter to truly make it your own.
Just add water. No kneading. All you need is a mixing bowl and spatula or spoon!
