Nanna's Gluten, Dairy & Egg Free (Vegan) Christmas Pudding Family 900g
Nanna's Gluten, Dairy & Egg Free (Vegan) Christmas Puddings are handmade the way they should be. In small batches using a wooden spoon! Our Gluten Free recipe has been developed from our traditional family recipe, which has been passed to us through the generations from our Great Grandmother.
We care about the ingredients in our puddings, we use a blend of carefully selected naturally gluten-free flours, eggs from local free-range farms, Californian raisins and plump Greek currants we even juice the lemons ourselves.
The puddings are steamed slowly for 10 hours. Creating a soft, moist and truly delicious pudding.
Our family pudding (approximate weight is 900g) serves 6-8 and is wrapped in a beautifully designed festive tea towel.
Full reheating instructions are included, it is best to steam, but you can also use a microwave.

Greek Currents, Sugar, Vegetable Suet (non-hydrogenated vegetable oil, (contains palm oil, sunflower oil), rice flour) Californian Raisins, Gluten Free Blended Flour (brown and white rice flours, tapioca starch, potato starch, maize, buckwheat), Gluten Free Breadcrumbs (kibbled whole grain rice, millet, ground corn, whole rice flour, water, lupin flour, thickener: guar gum, salt, yeast), Coconut milk (water, coconut milk (5.3%) (coconut cream, water) rice (3.3%), calcium (tri-calcium phosphate, stabilisers, carrageenan, guar gum, xanthan gum), sea salt, vitamins (b12, d2,), flavourings) Brandy, Egg Replacer (water, potato starch, tapioca flour, calcium carbonate, citric acid, vegetable gum (stabilizer) methylcellulose) Lemon Juice, Mixed Spice (coriander, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, fennel, cloves, cardamon) Black treacle, Baking Powder (rice starch e450, e500) ground nutmeg.
