Moroccan-inspired tender mutton with dried apricot and ras-el-hanout.

Tender pieces of matured mutton slowly cooked to an authentic North African recipe, spiced with aromatic ras-el-hanout and sweetened with dried apricot. This delicately spiced filling is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour and glazed with free range eggs from Windy Ridge Farm.
