We take special care in hand-cutting our mangoes to perfect bite size pieces and follow traditional methods of perfecting our secret recipe mix.
This is a classic Indian hot Mango Pickle which is a brilliant condiment to any curry, rice or naan-bread. Or spread on a cracker, papadums and top with sliced cucumber to make a quick snack.
Ingredients: Mango, Fennel seeds, MUSTARD seeds, Turmeric, Chilli, Nigella Seeds, Salts and Sunflower Oil.
