The classic Italian steak, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, is simply seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper. Moving south of Florence, you’ll find the addition of rosemary, lemon and garlic. We’ve created our Pepper Smurf Seasoning to embody these classic flavours of Italy. This would make a great gift for all those red-blooded steak lovers as well as enthusiastic foodies. Each pouch comes with a great easy to follow recipe card.

Uses:
Superb with beef

Generously rub all over Beef Joints before roasting
Steaks are fantastic rubbed with Pepper Smurf and cooked on a barbecue to your liking

Sea Salt, Rosemary, Basil, Marjoram, Lemon Peel, Pepper, Garlic, Garlic Flakes, Citric Acid, Crushed Red Peppers and Rice Flour
