DELIVERY
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Anything 'sold by BoroughBox' as part of Our Collection will be sent on an express next day shipping service as standard. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. The order cut off is 2pm on the preceding working day i.e. 2pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Same Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday, at an extra charge, in Central London Zone 1 if you order by 3pm. Make sure you select the correct same day delivery option in checkout and please include a telephone number for the recipient so we can contact them to ensure delivery can be made, if we are unable to contact the recipient then delivery may be delayed.

OUR PRE-ORDER CALENDAR
Many customers use the calendar for orders they'd like to arrive in the future, and as close to, or on, a specific date. Please do select the target date using the calendar and make sure your paid shipping charge matches your choice. For example, if you're ordering for a Saturday delivery in a fortnight, you'd pick the date on the calendar and pay for Saturday delivery in your cart.
FRESH PRODUCTS
If your item contains fresh products requiring ice packs for transit, we will only ship it if a suitable shipping option has been selected and paid for to ensure it arrives in a good state. For example, we wouldn't ship a gift with cheese on a Friday for delivery on a Monday as standard.
