Green Chilli Coriander Sauce
A piquant sauce with mild green chilli, extra virgin olive oil, coriander and basil. Originating from green mojo, a sauce typically used on fish.

- Recipe Tip: cook cous cous and stir through butter or olive oil and season. Mix with a selection of chopped vegetables: spring onion, green pepper, sliced celery, shredded spinach. Drizzle over Green Chilli Coriander Sauce and serve with a thick slice of grilled halloumi cheese.
