Our traditional Greek seasonings have been carefully crafted to help you bring a taste of the Mediterranean into your home. This Seasoning Mix for Gyros or Souvlaki is a perfect combination of herbs for both meat or vegetables and will give you the perfect Greek twist to any meal.
Spices included: Oregano, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Cumin.

250g pork (neck or solder),
1 medium tomato,
1 green pepper cut in chunks,
1 medium onion cut in chunks,
2 tsp mix for gyros/souvlaki,
2 tbsp olive oil,
2 tbsp white wine
Cut the meat into cubes about 4cm/1.5 inches across and put in a bowl along with the wine, the Seasoning Mix for gyros/souvlaki and the onion. Mix it well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
Then take a large skewer (metal or wooden) and push alternate pieces of meat, tomato and onion onto it.
Cook the kebabs under a preheated oven grill or on charcoal. Squeeze lemon juice over the skewers and then serve with pitta bread, lettuce and yogurt with cucumber and garlic.
