From nature directly to your table Saliai Family have cultivated and produced olive oil for generations bringing a long experience and tradition in today’s activity namely the production of Early Harvest Collection & Premium Collection of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Koroneiki variety in the Southwest part of Greece in Kalamata. The climate conditions and the short distance from the Ionian Sea play a key role in the cultivation as well as in the taste and aroma of the olive oil which is unique and preserves the flavor and aroma that keeps all the natural ingredients unaltered. The Olives are harvested manually in mid-October & mid-Nevember and processed the same day. The oil extraction follows the “Cold Pressed 23C°” method while the storage in stainless steel tanks using nitrogen and the bottling under the strictest quality practices ensures a high concentration of antioxidant and polyphenolic elements. Golden Virgin Production Ltd designed and founded by Andrew Adri Saliai, having as a purpose to introduce the unique, superior and virgin products of Mediterranean diet. Andrew has always observed and participated in the cultivation and production of olive oil, moved by the love and interest that his grandparents and parents has inspired in him. Growing up, he decided to invest in the land, and to make a new beginning using innovative ideas. With the support of his father, he continue the family tradition by following established cultivation and olive pressing practices and introducing new, improved and certified methods in order to produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.
