Godminster's award-winning Vintage Organic Cheddar is made from a unique 70-year-old recipe and is instantly recognisable by its distinctive burgundy wax coating and iconic heart and round shaped truckles. All of the cheeses are handmade with organic milk taken exclusively from Godminster Farm’s own dairy herd.

A fantastic Godminster Ultimate Hamper comprising of the following: 400g round vintage organic Godminster cheddar, 400g heart-shaped vintage organic Godminster cheddar, a triple tipple (3 x 5cl different flavoured infused vodka spirit drinks), two packets of rosemary water biscuits, a 235g Kilner jar of beetroot and apple chutney, a fruit cake, a medium heart-shaped cheeseboard, a 35cl flavoured vodka. HOW TO STORE ME - Our cheddar is organic containing no preservatives so we recommend refrigeration at all times at 5°C. Remove from the fridge an hour before serving to allow the cheese to warm to room temperature and bring out the flavour. To enjoy the brie at its best it should be unwrapped and allowed to breathe for at least an hour before serving. Water biscuits and wine can be stored somewhere cool and dark the larder is perfect.
