Godminster Farm is right in the heart of Somerset on the edge of a picturesque town, Bruton. Since 1999 the farm has been registered as organic, due to the environmentally friendly and ethical approach to farming which the owner Richard Hollingbery takes. The farm contains 1300 acres of glorious landscape, 280 organic dairy cows and orchards full of fruit aplenty. These cows on Godminster Farm have a wholesome life, the result of which is the most deliciously creamy milk. The freshness of the milk at Godminster and their sustainable approach is the driving factor in their production of this award-winning Godminster cheese.
