Vegan Christmas Pudding - 900g Large

Our kitchens are in the heart of the Berkshire countryside, all our puddings are handmade in small batches.
We use juicy currants, sultanas, raisins which we let steep in Brandy, then we combine with the spices and the rest of the ingredients.
We let each pudding steam for 6 hours wrap and leave to mature to perfection. The pudding is wrapped in muslin and finished with a pretty ribbon.
These make fantastic gifts.
Reheat, take label and ribbon off pudding, place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave, take pudding out of all wrappings, 3 minutes on high. Make sure pudding is hot in the middle.

Currants Sultanas – Vegetable Oil, Raisins – Vegetable Oil, Apricots – Rice Flour, Sulpher Dioxide, Gram Flour Prunes – Potassium Sorbate, Sorbic Acid Sunflower Oil, Orange Juice & Zest, Brandy, Spices – Cinnamon, Coriander, Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg.
Please note whilst gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts are not included in the recipe, they are used in the kitchens.
