French Bliss Dressing

A French dressing with a difference. Lucy’s French Bliss has a little surprise for you and that’s because It’s made with extra virgin olive oil, pasteurised egg, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and some punchy Cayenne. The Cayenne gives it a lovely touch of heat which turns an every day green salad into something much much more exciting! Why not try with a nicoise or add to warm green beans with crispy bacon.
