What's inside this foodie hamper?

Organic Cheese & Rosemary Biscuits from Godminster. Godminster Farm is set on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Bruton in the heart of Somerset. The farm was registered organic in 1999 by our owner Richard Hollingbery whose environmentally friendly and ethical approach to farming meant organic was the only way. The cows at Godminster Farm enjoy a simple and wholesome life and as a result produce a deliciously creamy milk. The freshness of the milk and the sustainable approach to farming is a major contributor to the delicious and distinctive taste of their award-winning Godminster cheese.

Large Kilner Jar of seasonal Relish/Chutney from Rubies in the Rubble. Rubies make premium preserves from discarded fruit and veg, and are fast making a name for themselves. All of their ingredients have to pass a taste test, not a beauty contest - all they care about is making the best relish around and saving food waste.

This delicious honey is made from premium acacia Honey infused with the finest White Truffles. Stéphane Reynaud Terrine & Saucisson. The Terrine flavours include; Roe deer with blackcurrant & juniper; Pork, apple & gingerbread; Duck, honey & citrus; Rabbit, chorizo & coriander; and Wild boar drunkard. The Saucisson are either 'aux Nyon olives' or 'aux noisettes' and make the perfect cold platter addition. Stéphane Reynaud is a French chef and cookery writer, coming from a family of butchers and pig farmers in the Ardèche region of France. He is the owner and chef of restaurant Villa 9 Trois in Montreuil, in the Eastern suburbs of Paris. This stunning fine food is sourced by his friend Andy Harris of the Vinegar Shed.

Finca La Barca Smoked Olive Oil. This limited edition smoked olive oil is a revelation. Using the traditional paprika smoke houses of the La Vera region, the oil is smoked with holm oak wood in their ancient barns for 15 days to produce a soft and complex smoky aroma. The variety of olive is “Arbequina”, which also gives the olive oil a delicate and fruity flavour. All the olives comes from their own fields, located in the Toledo region. The stylish bottle, sealed with wax, is packaged in an individual box, which includes an oil pourer and makes a great gift for a foodie friend. Annual production is about 9,800 bottles. This special Smoked Olive Oil has many culinary uses, but is particularly recommended as a finishing oil, drizzled over all types of dishes. Use it with charcuterie and seafood, rice and pasta dishes or add it to oil-based sauces like “alioli” or mayonnaise. In a nutshell: Spanish smoked olive oil, made with Arbequina olives smoked over holm oak in traditional La Vera paprika barns, gives a complex smoky, fruity flavour to all kinds of dishes. Tchin-Tchin Vinegar from La Guinelle. Domaine Claire Mayol 2015 grenache gris was used to make this superb vinegar. The wine is first reduced by boiling in cauldrons before being placed in barrels where acetification can take place. It then undergoes a double fermentation (both alcoholic and acetic) which takes between 18 and 24 months. Once the vinegar reaches 5° acidity, it is then aged in glass demijohns for a further 3 months before bottling in small bottles. This concentrated nectar-like vinegar has a lovely caramel colour, sweet ambrosia-like flavour and intense nose of fresh grapes and quinces. Perfect for drizzling over a pear, walnut and cheese salad or try adding a few drops to a warm bean or courgette salad. In a nutshell this balsamic-style vinegar is highly concentrated with a beautiful caramel colour, honeyed flavour and delicious aroma of quinces and grapes.

Pickled Cherries in Banylus Vinegar from La Guinelle Vinegars. These cherries pickled in red Banyuls vinegar with tarragon have the wow factor. A brilliant alternative to gherkins with a charcuterie or cheese platter, wedge of country-style terrine or simply add them to some pan-fried duck breasts. The cherries come from Ceret, a town just west of Perpignan famed for its cherry orchards, which holds an annual fête de cerises every May. In a nutshell: Great Taste 2017 1-star award winner. Every fridge should have a jar of these delicious cherries pickled with tarragon in Banyuls red wine vinegar; just add to cheese and charcuterie platters as an alternative to the ubiquitous cornichon.
