We only choose the finest pork for our Dorest Air Dried Ham. All of our pork is free range, rare-breed and sourced from Purbeck, Dorset. We use a variety of different breeds such as Mangalitza, Kune Kune, and Berkshire.

Our vintage air dried ham is matured for a minimum of 12 months on the bone, this produces a greater depth of flavour. It's delicious on it's own or as part of a more elaborate dish.

Ingredients: Pork Leg, Sea salt.

Vintage Mangalitza - Woodland reared free-range Mangalitza from Rempstone, Purbeck, Dorset whole ham matured for 3 Years. Approx weight 11kg
