Dodie Miller started Cool Chile in 1993 with a simple idea: to import a wide variety of the best dried chillies direct from Mexico, and to provide the UK with a whole new range of flavours for real Mexican cooking. Cool Chile has been going for over 20 years and still imports dried chillies, herbs and masa harina directly from Mexico where the flavour and quality is second to none. All the products are shipped by sea so as to leave as small a carbon footprint as possible.
