Using volcanic organic cocoa beans sustainably and ethically sourced from Grenada and wild mountain mint foraged from the Armenian mountains, we have created a delicately refined take on the classic mint-chocolate flavour combination. We have carefully sourced and blended our ingredients to ensure each sip has the best flavour and health benefits. Our organic cocoa beans are harvested from the Crayfish Bay Organic Cocoa Estate on the volcanic Caribbean island of Grenada. A by-product of the chocolate making process, our sustainable cocoa husks and nibs are fermented for 5 days, sundried, charcoal roasted and finally milled slightly to increase dissolution.
Our wild mountain mint is hand-harvested from its native habitat in the Lori region of Armenia, by the residents of the village of Odzun, supervised by an ethnobotanist, taking into account the time of day and time of year to keep the aroma and active ingredients at their best. The grassy green leaves are dried in the shade under the ceramic roof of a natural drier to preserve the quality, essential oils and taste. The leaves are then milled slightly by hand to allow greater extraction of essential oils with every infusion.
Once in the UK, the ingredients are blended in accordance with our secret recipe.
Cocoa beans contain a small amount of caffeine.

Brewing Instructions: Use 3g for every 200ml of 100°C spring water and brew for 5 minutes.
Infusions: One portion will give you at least two cups
Tasting Notes: Delicately refined dark chocolate and mint notes
