Bursting with popular and classic flavours from around Britain, this kit contains everything you need to make approx. 60 delicious sausages at home. A manual sausage filling machine is included together with collagen casing and 3 gourmet seasoning mixes with added rusk, each yielding approx. 20 sausages. These consist of Lincolnshire, White Cumberland and (award winning) Old English. Simply add meat and water. An information leaflet with useful tips and advice is also provided together with beautifully illustrated instructions guiding you through the entire sausage making process.
Each individual blend of seasoning mix has been carefully created using the highest quality ingredients containing natural herbs and spices. Pork is a popular choice of meat, however our mixes lend themselves to a variety of other meats such as chicken and beef. By making your own sausages at home you are in full control of what you are eating and, more importantly, what you are 'NOT' eating! Our recipes are designed to be flexible so if you'd rather add wine instead of water, that's no problem. The 'Drunken Old English' would be a great choice!
We have designed this kit so that one person can easily make their own sausages at home, however it's great fun getting the whole family involved, especially children. Once you've made your sausages, you'll have a variety of ways to use them. Some of our favourites include bangers and mash, toad in the hole, sausage casserole, full English breakfast, picnics, BBQs, lunch boxes, birthday parties, Christmas parties…. the options are endless!

Your kit will have a 'Best Before' date which refers to the individual seasoning mix with the shortest shelf life - it doesn't necessarily represent every ingredient within the kit. As all 3 seasoning mixes have their own 'Best Before' date, in reality your kit is likely to have a longer shelf life. We recommend using the seasoning mix with the earliest 'Best Before' date first in order to maximise the life of your kit.
