Bagels - Gluten Free Sourdough Baking Mix, 2x500g
You can now make our hugely popular sourdough bagels at home!
Just add water, (and agave for our Boss Bagel flavour). Mix, boil and bake. Boil longer for more chewiness or less for a more bready mouthfeel. Add other ingredients such as raisins, onions, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes for different flavoured bagels. Top as you wish, smoked salmon, creamed cheese, chocolate spreads, peanut butter! Eat fresh from the oven, freeze them, toast them.
