Our nuts were long soaked and then dehydrated at low temperatures to get that amazing crunchy texture.

We all know that nuts are a fantastic, healthy snack packed with “good” fats, protein and important minerals. But nuts also contain phytochemicals (phytic acid, enzymes inhibitors, etc.) that can cause irritation in your bowel, impede digestion and prevent absorption of trace elements such as magnesium and calcium. By using a long-soaking process, we start germination in the nuts that release many of these irritating chemicals, while leaving the essential vitamins inside.
